Today ICSTIS reminded all providers of Sexual Entertainment to make sure they meet the requirements for the Introductory Message. ICTIS demands to include the following information:

• the cost of the call per minute,
• the name of the service provider providing the live service,
• that the user must be over the age of 18,
• that the user should be either the bill-payer or have the bill-payer’s permission to call the service,
• that service details may appear on the phone bill,
• and that calls to the service are recorded.

non-live services do not need to record the calls. Additionally ICSTIS wants to announce pricing and contact information. All that should be done without “undue delay”. Here is the full document.
