Singapore Regulator drafts new Code of Practice for Premium Rate Numbers
Yesterday the Regulator for Telecommunication in Singapore, IDA, published a new draft for a code of practice. The draft is available here. IDA says about its purpose: The Code only seeks to govern the manner in which the premium rate service is being promoted, provided, and transacted over the telecommunications networks.
