There were a few changes regarding mobile premium rate services (SMS) in Austria. <--more-->All services have to be stopped immediatels after the user sent the word “stopp” (yes, with a double “p”). All users have to be informed as soon as they used more than 10 €. SMS chat services only can bill the message sent by the user,not the response from the service.
